Place An Order

How To Order

You can simply email your order to [email protected]. This is the best email for any questions about orders as well. Our minimum order is $350. All products are OUD Kosher certified unless noted.

Item Amounts

All products are sold by the case. Bows, ribbons, decoration and toppings may vary slightly from what is shown. Everyday and Celebration products are available all year round. 

Lead Time 

We typically operate on a 2-week lead time. However, we recommend you order well in advance of your desired ship date to ensure product availability. We reserve the right to close specific ship weeks or order ship dates based on our production capacity. 

Payment and Terms 

  • New customers must provide a sales tax ID number (tax exempt certificate).
  • All first orders require credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa or Discover, Amex) or payment within established terms after approval of credit application.
  • Credit card orders in excess of $5,000 will be subject to a 3% service fee.
  • Standard terms are Net 30 with a 2% per month penalty for late payments.

  • After 5 business days without credit card approval, the order is subject to cancellation.
  • Past due accounts must be paid in full prior to shipment of the next order.
  • Make checks payable to Sweet Jubilee or NPI Ventures.
  • Returned check charge is $40.
  • All invoices will be emailed from a DO NOT REPLY address, please make sure we have your accounting email on file. 

Shipping and Handling 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless other arrangements have been approved in advance by the sales department. Most orders ship UPS Ground. We will use customer’s UPS or Fed Ex account number upon request. For large orders we may opt to ship LTL freight. 

In warm weather over 70°, cold packing is required to maintain product quality. There is a charge for cold-packing. Our cost is $12 per shipper case which includes an insulated liner and needed ice packs. Because cold packs are only effective for 3 days, some locations will incur additional charges for upgraded delivery options (i.e. Reefer Truck or Expedited Delivery). Transit time and temperature may affect the ship date during the summer. 


PLEASE NOTE: Any claims for damages and/or shipment discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 HOURS of receipt. Please save all original boxes, packaging materials and tracking labels until claims are settled. Photos of date codes and each unit of damaged product are required for quality control purposes. 

Storage and Shelf Life 

To maximize product shelf life and quality, we recommend storing in a consistently cool (ideally 65° – 68°), dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from strong odors. Shelf life when stored as recommended is: 6 months for Chocolate Brittle Crunch and Pretzel Toppers; 9 months for Chocolate Covered Products (cookies, pretzel twists, pretzel rods, ritz crackers, licorice, etc.); and 18 months for Solid Chocolate.
