Small batch craft meets modern efficiency

At Sweet Jubilee, we work on an assembly line comprised of real people working side-by-side with specialty culinary equipment and machinery. Whether it’s popping our own popcorn, whipping peanut butter, or tempering chocolate, all of our processes start with fresh, premium ingredients.

Our brittle is made in small, 2 pound batches, then broken up for direct packaging or poured over popcorn and hand-drizzled with chocolate. Our chocolate-covered products run through enrobing lines, followed by a cooling tunnel, and are then hand-decorated or directly packaged by hand. Some of our products also run through a hopper where they are covered in nonpareils, chips, and other toppings.

Our significant growth has never compromised our dedication to our craft. We remain proud to offer unique and accessible alternatives to mass-made, luxury chocolates and confections, and we will continue to prioritize our handmade, small-batch methodology for decades to come.
