All e-commerce orders will be processed and shipped as early as possible. Orders will typically be shipped next business day. Orders may be scheduled for a future ship date which will be honored provided they fall within all other policy requirements. Please note, during times of high sales volume, discounts periods, and promotional timeframes, orders may take extra time to process. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
To qualify for Next Day or 2 Day Air shipping, orders must be received by 12:00 pm EST (Monday – Friday). Next Day or 2 Day Air shipping must be selected as the shipping method for same day shipments.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO boxes. Street address is required for shipping.
Ground shipping is included free of charge with all e-commerce orders. Next Day and 2 Day Air shipments are also available for expedited shipping at a flat rate upcharge. Shipping rates for Next Day and 2 Day Air shipments may vary daily based on carrier rates. Exact upcharges will be reflected on the website shopping cart prior to check out.
Sweet Jubilee takes special care of your chocolate products being shipped to areas with temperatures above 68 degrees by carefully packing them with reusable ice packs in an insulated case. Our reusable cold packs typically last 3 days (more or less depending on temperature) from the time they leave our facility. Shipments may be held or adjusted to ensure maximum quality when high temperatures, adverse weather, or other factors increase a risk to product quality or disrupt the carrier networks. To ensure your package arrives in good quality, we do not ship packages that will remain in the network over a weekend. We will ship for a Saturday delivery when appropriate.
Carrier selection and shipping method are managed by and at the sole discretion of Sweet Jubilee for all orders where Ground shipment is selected. For all Next Day and 2 Day Air shipments, carrier and shipment method is also at the sole discretion of Sweet Jubilee, but with time-in-transit requirements being met.
Sweet Jubilee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sweet Jubilee will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Our goal is to guarantee your satisfaction, so if you receive damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to inquire about your eligibility for a refund or reshipment. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged product to provide these services.
Sweet Jubilee currently does not ship internationally. Hawaii and Alaska residents may select Next Day or 2 Day Air shipping.
During the fulfillment process, we do our best to contact you if we happen across an “undeliverable address.” We define an “undeliverable address” as one that is not recognized by the carrier’s shipping system, and therefore, would not be delivered upon reaching the location. Sweet Jubilee is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. As a result, if an undeliverable address or inaccurate shipping information is provided, Sweet Jubilee is not responsible for the unreceived item.
If a carrier is unable to deliver an order based on inaccurate information provided by the customer, the package is disposed of by the carrier. In the instance that the customer would like the package to be redelivered, they must place a new order.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED to ensure there are no typos or inaccuracies in the shipping information to avoid the disposal of your order in the instance it is undeliverable.
